CAMP JUST ENOUGH - Final Season -Closing Sept/2024

We saw there was a need for our maritime hospitality and accommodations while exploring Southern New Brunswick’s many hiking, snowmobile and ATV trails.

Located in Camp Country on the Londonderry Rd,  30 mins outside of Sussex, past Poley Mtn, and towards The Fundy Trail. Surrounded by trees and fresh air, this little cabin is Just Enough after a fantastic day of outside adventures.

Sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a Queen Bed and a Double Sofa Bed. 

Partition curtain for privacy.

Everything you need from oil, spices and coffee, to pots/pans and plates. 

The Cabin does have Running Water for 3 seasons, the tap is outside and jugs are there to fill. *In the winter, jugs of Fresh Spring water are provided for your stay. This means going back to basics and warming your water on the Stove, and we have a Stockpot just for this! 

Completely Off-Grid, this space is powered by the sun, fully insulated and warmed with a wood stove (wood complimentary) and propane stove and fridge. 

The Outside Clean and Bright Privy/Toilet doubles as a shower. NEW JULY 2023 Installed Propane On Demand Hot Water Shower. (3 Seasons Only).

There’s also a gas generator if needed. 

**IMPORTANT INFO**
In the WINTER the Londonderry road actually becomes a groomed snowmobile trail. This means vehicles are restricted and parking would then be allowed at the church on the Shepody rd, 1.2 km from the camp. Access is limited to snowmobile, walking and snow shoeing (xcountry skiing if you are a pro). This limitation happens for the duration of the season which varies every year.
